(Kunafehkanafehknafeh, or kunafah) is a Levantine cheese pastry soaked in sweet sugar-based syrup, typical of the regions belonging to the former Ottoman Empire .The Turkish variant of the pastry kanafeh is called kunefe .

We have 9 varieties  Classic ,Gum Mastic ,Walnut , Pistacho , Chocolate , Coconut , Figs , Raisins , Mix Fruit Bits 

 

Kanafeh ( Oven shredded pasrty with soft cheese filling in thick syrup )

It is a frozen and unbaked food.

Store it at -18°C.

Do not frost it again after defrosting. It is semi ready product. Do not eat it before baking and adding syrup.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Cook the knafeh that you remove from the bag on a suitable pan before waiting for defrosting for 8-10 minutes at the oven cooked up to 240°C. Serve it after pouring the warm syrup on the knafeh. Serve it with ice cream, whipped cream or pistachio topping as you wish.

Not suitable for microwave oven baking.

PREPARATION OF SYRUP: (for 1 piece of knafeh) Boil 1 tea cup water (100ml) together 1 tea cup of granulated sugar (70gr) in a suitable pan. It is sufficient to boil it for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not pour the syrup on the knafeh in boiling state. Therefore, you should prepare the syrup before baking the product.
